Working with Sessions

Manage all your recorded and scheduled sessions in one place.

Weekly Calendar View

Navigate to Sessions in the sidebar to see your sessions in a weekly calendar view.

Week Navigation:

  • Previous/Next week buttons
  • "Today" button to jump to the current week
  • Date range display (e.g., "Jan 15 - Jan 19, 2025")

Calendar Display (5-day view: Sunday through Thursday):

  • Each day column shows the day name and date
  • Today's column is highlighted with a special badge and gradient background
  • Sessions appear as cards showing time and client info

Session Cards:

  • Assigned sessions: Show session time, client avatar with initials
  • Unassigned sessions: Show dashed border with "Add client" button
  • Click any session to view details
  • Click "Add client" on unassigned sessions to link a client

Creating a Manual Session

You can create sessions without recording for tracking purposes:

  1. Click "New Session"
  2. Select the date and time
  3. Choose a client (or create one)
  4. Click "Create Session"

Session Detail View

Click on any session to see the full details:

Header:

  • Back navigation arrow
  • Session date and time (formatted in your locale)
  • Client name (if assigned)
  • Session status badge

Actions Menu:

  • Edit Session (modify date/time/client)
  • Generate Invoice (create PDF invoice)
  • Delete Session (with confirmation)

Session Content (organized in columns):

Transcript:

  • Full text transcript with timestamps (SRT format)
  • Searchable within the page
  • Full-screen expandable view
  • Download as SRT file

Notes Section:

  • AI-generated notes (summary, themes, client items, professional notes, resources)
  • Your personal notes (editable with rich text formatting)
  • Meeting prep notes (if generated)

Editing Sessions

You can edit:

  • Session date and time
  • Associated client
  • Personal notes (with rich text/markdown formatting)
  • AI-generated insights (to correct or customize)

Downloading Transcripts

  1. Open the session detail view
  2. Locate the transcript section
  3. Click the download button
  4. The SRT file includes timestamps for each segment

Deleting Sessions

  1. Open the session detail view
  2. Click the actions menu (three dots)
  3. Select "Delete Session"
  4. Confirm the deletion

Note: This action cannot be undone.
