Managing Clients

Navigate to Clients in the sidebar to manage your client list. You can add, edit, and view clients and their session history.

Client Notes

Each client profile includes a notes section for background information:

• Auto-saves as you type
• Can be updated by the AI Copilot (with your permission)

WhatsApp Integration

Click the WhatsApp icon on a client profile to open a chat. Phone numbers are automatically formatted:

• Israeli mobile (05X) → international format
• US numbers (10 digits) → +1 added
• International numbers → formatted automatically

Deleting a Client

Note: Deleting a client does not delete their associated sessions.
